Hi Alistair from Wave 102 here. Keeping up my walking by parking further away from the office. Finding some places I didn't know existed! Today was a nice walk, the sun was shining, although it was a wee bit cold. I managed it into the office just before 9 too - just got to add a bit extra on to my journey time but keeping up OK.
