- Longer bus stops to prevent buses blocking traffic when they stop on The Broadway and Greenford Road
- New traffic lights at the junction of Oldfield Lane South and The Broadway with new right turn lane from The Broadway
- Improved layout of the Costons Lane and Ruislip Road junction
- Changes to on-street waiting and loading restrictions
- Improvements for cyclists, pedestrians, shoppers and schoolchildren:
- Three new crossing points with traffic lights so pedestrians can stop traffic along Greenford Road
- Changes to Mansell Road and Windmill Lane junctions with The Broadway to reduce speeding and make it safer for people to cross
- Making the service roads in front of Tesco in Greenford Road and shops at junction of Ruislip Road and Mansell Road pedestrian only
- Installing cycle stands along The Broadway, Greenford Road and the car park
- Improved access to the Town Centre:
- New traffic lanes for buses (Hours of operation 7am-10am and 4pm-8pm, Monday to Friday)
- Parking bays for residents and shoppers on Greenford Road
- Car parking improvements including a parking loyalty scheme, reduced charges and environmental improvements to the public car park in Oldfield Lane South
- Safer crossing points at junctions with residential and main roads
- Repairs and improvements to the Brent River bridge
- New pedestrian crossing on Costons Lane leading to Brent River Park
- An attractive Greenford Town Centre:
- New paving and street furniture using high quality materials
- Shop front improvements
- Environmental improvements including new trees, flower beds and hanging baskets
- A safer town centre (reducing traffic accidents)
