Visionary Yet Pragmatic
In developing a "Vision" for Regional Transit, we need to think big and not necessarily be constrained by the problems that exist today - for example funding, taxes, ridership, inter-agency agreements, etc. However, at the same time the TMP needs to be pragmatic and be deliverable.
