Optimum2
To help take some of the pressure of our roads, a special project - called Optimum² - has been put together to inform and promote travel choices to the city’s employees.
Optimum2 is a European funded project that aims to reduce transport problems in major business and employment areas. There are eight partners in the UK and the Netherlands, of which the City of Edinburgh Council is one. Over the next 18 months, the Optimum² project in Edinburgh will be working with employers and employees across the city to help them reduce the transport problems affecting major business areas that are increasingly making getting to work a real pain.
